Welcome to Tracify, a service operated by Le'Re Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom (13 Carisbrook Court, PE3 6SJ). By accessing or using our website at tracify-geo.com and our phone location tracking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tracify provides a consent-based phone location tracking service. Our service works by sending an SMS message to the phone number you provide, requesting the recipient's permission to share their location.

3. Account Registration and Billing

To use Tracify, you must create an account and subscribe to our service. Our pricing structure is as follows:

• 24-hour trial period: $0.50 USD
• Monthly subscription: $30.00 USD (automatically charged after the trial period ends)

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Tracify, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to track individuals without legitimate reason
• Not use the service for stalking, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Tracify are strictly prohibited:

• Stalking or harassing any individual
• Tracking minors without parental consent
• Any use that violates local, state, national, or international laws
• Attempting to bypass consent requirements
• Using the service for commercial surveillance

6. Limitation of Liability

Tracify provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy of location data provided
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any misuse of the service by users
• Actions taken based on location information obtained

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the month preceding any claim.

7. Restricted Regions

Tracify services are not available in the following jurisdictions due to applicable sanctions and regulatory requirements:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

Users located in these regions are prohibited from accessing or using our services. Tracify reserves the right to block access from restricted regions and to terminate accounts found to be in violation of these restrictions.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our cancellation page or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will end immediately
• No further charges will be made to your account
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial months

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Tracify after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
